Thunderbirds! I've seen them twice! they put on one of the best shows ever!

I've see the Thunderbirds many times, but I think the Blue Angels put on a better show. Plus, the Blue Angels pilots don't wear G suits for their shows. They get extra mensch points for that.

I haven't seen the Blue Angels yet but i hear they are great. I didn't know that about the G-suits though.

The F/A-18 has a center stick, while the F-16 has a side stick. The BA pilots rest their right forearm on their leg to help control the stick, so they can't have their pants constantly inflating and deflating while they're flying their maneuvers.
I think I read that the Thunderbirds are back in the air, but I don't know about the Blue Angels. They, and all other military participation at air shows, was cancelled because our elected officials in Washington can't seem to get anything accomplished.

That's actually a pretty cool bit of info. I never knew that. But as for the Thunderbird's, I'm pretty sure they're still grounded. At least for this fiscal year. Not sure about next year though.
